How It Works
For Property Sellers: (It's Free)
• The property seller comes to the website and registers the
property with HUNGRYAGENTS.COM® ("HungryAgents") by
providing some
basic information such as ZIP code,
type of property, and approximate price range.
This information becomes the property profile.
• The property seller outlines specifications for bids such as
the length of the listing period, etc.
• The property seller completes the registration form with contact
information that will remain private until the property owner chooses
to be contacted by a specific Member REALTOR®.
• The property seller becomes a Member Seller and Member
REALTORS® can send bids on the reduced commission rate (%)
they will charge for a Full Service
Listing to sell the property
based on the Member Seller’s specifications.
• HungryAgents will contact the Member Seller by email when there is
a commission bid for them to review. The Member Seller may
"opt out"
of email contact at any time, and instead review bids by Member
Login.
• The Member Seller may return to the website to review the
bids and hoose to be contacted by up to three of the Member REALTORS®
who have placed bids for a Full Service Listing.
The Member Seller may choose to enter into a contract with one of
the Member REALTORS® but is not obligated in any way to do so.
• There is no agency relationship between the Member Seller and
HungryAgents.
For Property Buyers: (It's Free)
• The property Buyer comes to the website and registers with
HUNGRYAGENTS.COM® ("HungryAgents") by providing some
basic information such as type of property, and approximate price
range. This information becomes the Buyer's purchase profile.
• The property Buyer outlines specifications for bids such as the expected
time of purchase, etc.
• The property Buyer completes the registration form with
contact information that will remain private until the property
Buyer chooses to be contacted by a specific Member REALTOR®.
• The property Buyer becomes a Member Buyer and Member
REALTORS® can send bids on the percentage of the total
buyer-side commission they are willing to return to you, the
Buyer. Rebate offers void where prohibited. In some states offer
is restricted to a credit at closing. In
states where
commission rebates are prohibited REALTORS® will indicate
their willingness to help you find the home you want by submitting
a non-rebate bid. Member Buyers can see the Member REALTORS®
profile and/or "BIO" and choose to be contacted.
• HungryAgents will contact the Member Buyer by email
when there is a bid for them to review. The Member Buyer may
"opt out" of email contact at any time, and instead
review bids by Member Login.
• The Member Buyer may return to the website to review the
bids and choose to be contacted by one or two of the Member
REALTORS® who have placed bids. The Member Buyer may choose
to use one of the Member REALTORS® but is not obligated in
any way to do so.
• There is no agency relationship between the Member Buyer
and HungryAgents.
For REALTORS®: (It's Free Until You Close)
• A REALTOR® comes to the website, chooses the area or
areas in which he/she is licensed and operates, and registers by
providing information such as ZIP code of office, years of
experience and association affiliations. This information becomes the
REALTOR® profile.
• The REALTOR® completes registration by providing contact
information. The REALTOR® may choose ZIP codes of special
interest, so that the REALTOR® can be alerted by email when
properties or Buyers become available for bid in those ZIP codes.
Alternatively, a REALTOR® can review all properties in
his/her area using the Member Login. In areas where maximum
REALTOR® coverage has not been reached, REALTOR® will be
alerted about all available properties and Buyers in the area.
• The REALTOR® becomes a Member REALTOR® when he/she is
confirmed and receives the registration email, usually within 2
business days. Then the REALTOR® can return to the website to
view property and Buyer profiles in the area he/she has chosen,
bid on such properties or Buyers and review those bids.
• This membership is free to the REALTOR®, however, the
Member REALTOR® can choose to subscribe to HungryAgents
BIO Upgrade for a modest monthly
fee. Free 30-day trial available.
SAMPLE BIO.
• When a Member Seller or Member Buyer chooses to be contacted
by a Member REALTOR®, then HungryAgents sends an email to the
Member REALTOR® containing the full property information, bid
specifications and contact information for the Member Seller or
Buyer. At the same time the Member Seller or Buyer is sent the
contact information for the Member REALTOR®. The Member
REALTOR® then contacts the Member Seller or Buyer.
The Member REALTOR® may choose to enter into a contract with
the Member Seller or Buyer but is not obligated in any way to do
so.
• Member REALTORS® will pay a third-party referral fee to
HungryAgents for the leads provided through this service when the
property is sold or purchased.
