How do I bid for a Listing or a Buyer?

Join HUNGRYAGENTS.COM® ("HungryAgents") as a Member REALTOR® by filling out the form on the REALTOR® Registration page. It's easy and it's free. It takes about five minutes and you pay nothing until you actually sell a property or help a Member Buyer purchase a property. Upon the listing and sale of one of our referred properties, you pay a flat third-party referral fee of $795. Upon helping a Member Buyer purchase a new home, you pay HungryAgents flat third-party referral fee of $795 - both far less than most conventional referrals.

What you get as a HungryAgents Member REALTOR®:

• You will be able to view information about the available properties and Buyers in your area.

• You may register in up to two areas.

• You can choose to receive an email whenever a property or Buyer becomes available in up to eight ZIP codes per area.

• You bid anonymously on the lowest total commission you will charge to sell a specific property, or in the case of a Buyer, the percentage of the total buyer-side commission you will rebate to the Buyer upon the purchase. Rebate offer void where prohibited. In some states offer restricted to a credit at closing.

• When a Member Seller or Member Buyer chooses your bid, you will be emailed his/her information, so that you can make a presentation.

• You may subscribe to our BIO Upgrade to let Member Sellers or Member Buyers know more about you for a modest monthly fee. Free 30-day trial available. SAMPLE BIO
